Selection Process

At AnthroMed Education, we specialize exclusively in assisting your School in providing Special Education services. Our team of Speech-Language Pathologists, School Social Workers, Special Education Teachers, and other Related Service staff are ready to serve and support the needs of your students. We’re dedicated to evaluating, supporting, and matching our staff with schools that need additional support each school year. When we begin working on your behalf, we seek to understand the following.

  • We want to know everything about your school, why your school is unique, what challenges your school faces, how you work with your staff, and what kind of staff is most successful in helping students progress.
  • We will help identify the best Special Educator for your school based on the number of children on the caseload, the ages and types of disabilities that will be treated, and ensure that the Special Educators we send you are going to fit the culture of your school.
  • We will engage our team and network of Special Educators to ensure that your school is in compliance and make sure students don’t fall behind. Each of our Special Educators goes through a serious evaluation process prior to joining AnthroMed Education.
  • We empower Special Education Directors, but we’re also here to help guide you in your evaluation of staff and student caseloads when appropriate.

Licensure & Credentialing

Each contracted staff member will always complete the following prior to starting in their new role at your school. The bulk of the credentialing process will take place post-interview. All credentialing completed on the school’s behalf, including but not limited to verifications, clearances, tests, clinical skills assessments, etc. will be provided to our school district clients prior to the start date. We also will provide guidance to Special Educators towards obtaining proper licensure in their respective states.
