Meet Annie, one of AnthroMed's Senior Talent Acquisiton Specialist

"I believe that AnthroMed Education is playing a key role in Special Education and I’m honored to be a part of the team. By finding the right educators, we’re building strong schools, and creating communities where individuals with disabilities can thrive."

Annie is one of AnthroMed's Senior Talent Acquisition specialists who spent several years in K-8th Public Education prior to joining AnthroMed Education in 2022. Since joining our team, she has been instrumental and helping grow our team of Speech-Therapists and Social Workers in Illinois. She made an immediate impact throughout the 2022-2023 school year. Throughout the year, she placed our team members if very important positions in Illinois and several new schools in Massachusetts, and impacted the lives of hundreds of students in the schools we serve by working night & day to identify and match our new Clinicians with the very best schools possible.
Annie is a Wisconsin native, but relocated to the city of Chicago's infamous north side neighborhood and is becoming a Bears and Cubs fan after graduating from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She finished her Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching, and taught fourth and second grade in Columbia before spending a year teaching in the inner city of Chicago and held regular interaction with her school's Speech-Language Pathologist and Social Workers. Since joining AnthroMed, she has quickly proven she is creative, smart, and cares about our values and the individual we hire on our therapy teams. When she's not helping grow AnthroMed or helping her team members, Annie can be found in Lincoln park with her dog Sadie, sipping coffee at her favorite coffee shop on weekends, and traveling during summer break to places like Zion National Park in Utah. If you're looking for a spot on our Speech-Language Pathology or Social Work teams, Annie will surely be able to assist you.
