Kaylee Hatch is a Senior Hiring Specialist at AnthroMed Education, and a key member of our Michigan and Colorado therapy teams. Her role at AnthroMed is focused on identifying highly qualified Clinicians who fit our culture and align with the schools we support in both regions. Kaylee made an immediate impact upon joining AnthroMed by hiring five new clinicians who supported upwards of 300 kids in the state of Michigan, otherwise known as "the Mitten," and the State from which Kaylee was born and raised. Prior to joining AnthroMed, Kaylee worked in the technical recruiting space, and is a graduate of the University of Michigan, where she studied Political Science and was an honors student during her tenure. Around the office, Kaylee has become known as our resident Social Chair, frequently taking the lead on helping us plan team events and company outings when she is not busy helping many of our school partners address their therapy challenges throughout the school year. As a Michigan native, Kaylee knows the Michigan area particularly well, and is extremely knowledgeable about AnthroMed's services throughout the state. She is ambitious and committed to achieving and helping each of our SLPs, Social Workers, and Related Services team members succeed in their respective schools.
