Michelle is a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at AnthroMed Education and joined our team in 2021. Michelle has professional recruiting and selection experience in the private sector for several years before joining AnthroMed Education, and began her career successful trainee in Enterprise Rent-A-Car's award-winning Management Training Program. She has experience in recruiting, team building, and human resource information systems, but is most passionate about building long, meaningful, and mutually rewarding relationships with the SLPs and Social Workers she helps our team find each school year. Michelle holds a Bachelors in Interpersonal Communications and a Minor in Psychology from Eastern Illinois University, where she was a member of the Alpha Phi Sorority and a community volunteer. As a Downers Grove, Illinois native, she knows the Chicago area well and has played an instrumental part of our growth in Illinois.
