Meet Nicole, our School Relationship & Recruiting Manager

"I believe that AnthroMed Education is playing a key role in Special Education and I’m honored to be a part of the team. By finding the right educators, we’re building strong schools, and creating communities where individuals with disabilities can thrive."

Nicole Quintavalle has been on the AnthroMed Education for the better part of 2+ years. She was instrumental in growing our Michigan team, then helped us establish our footprint in the state of Colorado in the summer of 2022. Impressively, the vast majority of the SLPs and Social Workers that Nicole has brought onto our team today are still with AnthroMed Education because of the deep professional relationships Nicole has built with each of them. Nicole is no stranger to schools and special education. Prior to joining AnthroMed, Nicole was a Special Education Teacher in Tinley Park, IL and also helped Double J Farms establish horse riding programs for children that catered to individuals with kids with disabilities. At AnthroMed, Nicole is currently responsible for building relationships with new schools for AnthroMed to provide services throughout the states of Michigan and Colorado, while continuing to grow her presence and influence in working with SLPs and Social Workers that are considering joining our team.
Nicole graduated from Trinity Christian College where she studied Elementary and Special Education and completed her Bachelors degree. As a former Illinois based Special Education Teacher, Nicole held her licensure with the Illinois State Board of Education and Endorsement for Learning Behavior Specialist during her teacher days, and is well versed in the licensure and professional requirements to work in Michigan, Colorado, Illinois, etc. Nicole resides in the Chicago suburbs with her fiancé and they've recently purchase their first home and are re-doing their kitchen while traveling the country in their spare time. She will be a regular with our team at events like the 2023 MAASE convention in Michigan. Should your school need support with special services or you find yourself consider new employment opportunities in Speech-Language Pathology or Social Work team, Nicole should be one of your first calls. She is always here to help!
