Anna Sherbin, M.S., CCC-SLP

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Anna is a Speech-Language Pathologist who joined the AnthroMed Education team to support Michigan and Colorado in addressing speech, language, social, and emotional needs by connecting schools with talented Speech-Language Pathologists and School Social Workers. Before joining AnthroMed, Anna earned her bachelor’s degree in Linguistics from the University of Michigan. Always passionate about becoming a Speech-Language Pathologist, Anna moved to Illinois to complete her M.S. in Speech, Language, and Learning from Northwestern University.

With experience as a Middle School Speech-Language Pathologist on a multidisciplinary team, Anna has a deep understanding of the challenges and goals faced by Speech-Language Pathologists and Social Workers in the educational setting. Her passion for special education and empowering students drives her to connect with compassionate, dependable, and student-centered clinicians. Upon learning about AnthroMed’s mission and values, Anna knew that joining the team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist was the natural next step in her career. She thrives in an environment with like-minded, talented individuals and finds fulfillment in positively impacting the lives of both students and clinicians.

Raised in Michigan, Anna enjoys making connections with Michigan-based SLPs and Social Workers. She loves traveling, whether back to Michigan to visit family or exploring new cities and countries. An ideal day in Chicago for Anna includes a good workout, visiting a farmers’ market with her dog, Ozzie—coffee in hand—and trying a new restaurant with friends and family. Anna is proud to support School Speech-Language Pathologists and Social Workers in finding their next opportunity.

Joining the AnthroMed team, as an SLP, has given me the opportunity to give students the services they deserve to better achieve academic and personal needs. In addition to supporting students, we get to meet passionate clinicians and work together to find their optimal position – it truly is the best of both worlds.
