    Responsibilities
    • Provide full-time speech and language therapy services to primary-grade students (Pre-K–2nd Grade), Monday–Friday, 7:25 AM–3:00 PM.
    • Deliver therapy within a Dual Language school that includes a variety of early childhood and primary classrooms: life learning (functional programs), structured learning (students on the spectrum), self-contained, and general education.
    • Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to address early communication and language development needs.
    • Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support young students’ communication skills in both classroom and individual settings.
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders.
    • Utilize Embrace for IEP management and compliance.
    • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities.

    Pay & Benefits
    • Salary Range: $54,000–$67,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

    We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to support both Primary School (EC-K, 600 students) and Elementary School (1,000 students) within a dual language school setting. The therapist will work across various classrooms, including general education, life learning (functional classrooms), structured learning (students on the spectrum), and other specialized classrooms. The OT will support students from ages 3 to 11 and provide tailored therapy to enhance their learning and development.

    Position Overview:
    • Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to Pre-K and Elementary students across multiple classrooms, including functional and structured learning classrooms.
    • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEPs, 504 Plans, and MTSS frameworks.
    • Address students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional needs, ensuring they can fully engage with their educational environment.
    • Support students in both English and Spanish instruction, ensuring equitable access to learning across dual-language classrooms.
    • Maintain comprehensive records of services provided, progress reports, and compliance with district and state regulations.
    • Collaborate with teachers and families to enhance therapy programs, integrating with the classroom curriculum and the unique needs of students.
    • Ensure full compliance with school regulations and guidelines, using Embrace as the school’s framework.
    • Provide therapy services that align with inclusive practices, helping all students, including those with significant developmental disabilities, access their learning environment.
    • Take part in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide insights into the development of student goals and interventions.

    Your Role & Responsibilities:
    • Deliver high-quality speech-language therapy services to students in grades K-8.

    In order to be eligible to mentor a Clinical Fellow, all CF mentors must meet the following requirements:
    • Hold a current CCC-SLP throughout the entire CF experience.
