    Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Elementary & K–12 Setting
    About the Opportunity

AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support a small, collaborative school district. This role will serve two key areas:

This is a flexible position in which the exact caseload split will be designed in partnership with district leadership and the SLP team. One potential model includes having the incoming SLP take on speech-only students and serve as case manager for those articulation-focused caseloads, though this is not final. The district wants to honor each

SLP’s strengths, experience, and passion areas when building the workload.
This district is highly collaborative, emphasizes push-in and teacher partnership, and has a strong team culture. Buildings are located within minutes of each other, keeping travel minimal and manageable.

    Responsibilities
    • Provide direct speech-language therapy services across elementary and K–12 Setting 4 programs
    • Serve as case manager for assigned students, including progress monitoring and IEP responsibilities
    • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and support staff in a highly team-oriented environment
    • Support a range of communication needs including articulation, language, social communication, and center-based programming
    • Participate in push-in therapy and integrated support within classrooms
    • Assist in determining a balanced caseload split with SLPs and administrators
    • Provide consistent communication and support to families and school teams
    • Utilize shared office space in the elementary setting as needed
    Qualifications
    • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
    • Active state SLP license (or eligibility)
    • ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CFs will be considered
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills
    • Experience or interest in articulation caseloads, K–12 populations, or center-based programming is a plus
    • Flexibility and willingness to work across multiple school environments
    Why Join AnthroMed Education?
    • Competitive salary $55,000-$75,000 based on experience
    • Full medical, dental, and vision insurance through UnitedHealthcare (PPO with $0 payroll deduction)

    • Paid parental leave and employer-paid short-term disability

    • Ongoing clinical, administrative, and material support

AnthroMed Education is seeking a passionate and student-centered Speech-Language Pathologist to support three elementary buildings across a collaborative and well-resourced district. This is a unique opportunity for an SLP who enjoys early-elementary work, Gen Ed collaboration, and helping build an equitable, proactive system of supports for young learners.
    About the Role
This position was specifically created to address underidentification of non-white students and Spanish-speaking students within General Education settings. While there are a few IEP students, the core focus of this role is building a Gen Ed caseload, supporting early identification, and partnering closely with the MTSS coordinator to provide interventions.

You do not need to speak Spanish to be successful in this role. The district has strong interpreter support, multiple Spanish-speaking SLPs on staff, and all services are delivered in English.

    • Serve K–3 students across three elementary buildings
    • Provide early-intervention support and Gen Ed speech services within an MTSS framework
    • Collaborate closely with the full-time MTSS Coordinator to develop small groups and universal/targeted supports
    • Partner with families, teachers, bilingual staff, and school teams to promote culturally responsive practice
    • Manage a small number of IEP students (minimal evaluations expected)
    • Use shared office spaces, including a Family Center office where other SLPs work and collaborate
    • Join buildings where each site already has at least one full-time SLP on staff
    Why join AnthroMed Education?
    • Work alongside a collaborative team of 3.5 other SLPs who support multiple buildings.
    • Supportive supervision from both building-level directors and the ISD supervisor.
    • Full-time caseload already covered for paperwork — allowing you to focus on therapy.
    • Competitive salary: $57,500–$75,000 annually, based on experience
      • Benefits include:
        • Full medical, dental, and vision insurance through UnitedHealthcare ($0 payroll deduction for medical PPO plan)
        • 401(k) with 100% employer match up to 3% (starting Day 1)
