    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a mission-driven, compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join an early intervention team supporting families in Pontiac. This clinician will play a crucial role conducting in-home developmental evaluations and providing services for children ages birth to 3 years old.
    In this role, you’ll support the region’s most at-risk infants and toddlers, many of whom are currently waiting months for evaluations and services. Your work will directly address critical delays, coach caregivers, and help bridge service gaps in an under-resourced community.
    What You'll Do:
    • Conduct in-home developmental evaluations for children ages birth to 3 years old, working in natural environments when possible.
    • Provide direct occupational therapy services following eligibility determination, supporting children while they await school district services.
    • Coach and model for caregivers, empowering families to support their child’s development through routines-based interventions.
    • Co-facilitate a developmental playgroup twice weekly in a community setting, supporting children’s social skills, motor development, and play skills alongside other early childhood providers.
    • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with SLPs, early childhood teachers, and social workers to support whole-child care.
    • Prioritize safety and flexibility by determining appropriate service locations based on home environment and clinician comfort.
    Ideal Candidate:
    • Licensed Occupational Therapist with a minimum of 3-5 years of pediatric experience, ideally in home health, early intervention, or community-based settings.
    • Passionate about early intervention and working with families from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
    • Skilled in caregiver coaching and understands that early intervention is as much about empowering adults as working directly with children.
    • Relationship-centered, adaptable, and aware of personal biases and safety considerations when working in home settings.
    • Committed to equitable service delivery and supporting underserved communities.
    Additional Details:
    • Caseload: Evaluations and services for approximately 100 children annually.
    • Setting: Primarily in-home throughout Pontiac, with occasional community-based or school-based sessions as needed.

    AnthroMed Education is hiring a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in a small and close-knit district located in Allen Park, Michigan. This role offers a manageable caseload across a few different buildings.
    This is a great opportunity for a clinician who enjoys working with secondary students and is comfortable with self-contained classrooms. The caseload is about 12 students at a middle school and 8 students at a High School.
    Responsibilities
    • Provide speech-language therapy services to students with mild to moderate communication needs
    • Conduct evaluations and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
    • Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to promote student progress
    • Support students in both general and special education settings
    • Maintain documentation and participate in IEP meetings
    • Be flexible in supporting students across various grade levels depending on caseload needs

    Caseload Details
    • Initial caseload of approximately 20 students
    • Students are in secondary grades

    Qualifications
    • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
