    AnthroMed Education is immediately seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy to students in Washington, DC, this upcoming 2025-2026 school year. This role is to help with a specific caseload of students between K-12. The school will interview SLPs and based on their strengths, they will then match them with an appropriate caseload.
    Responsibilities:
    • SLP will provide speech and language therapy services, Monday-Friday, from 7:25 am-3:00 pm with the exception of Wednesday hours being 7:50 am – 3:10 pm
    • SLP will be working with AAC and student with complex communication needs.
    • SLP will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to address communication and language disorders.
    • SLP will collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication skills in both classroom and individual settings.
    • SLP will maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders.
    • SLP will have a shared office space with other SLPs and OTs
    • SLP will participate in team meetings, professional development activities, and ongoing training opportunities.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Pay & Benefits:
    • The pay range for this position is 67,000-85,000K annually, based on qualifications and experience.
    • Paid Time Off starts at 6 days and is prorated based on the start date.

    Qualifications:
    • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
    • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or eligibility to obtain CCC-SLP.
