Caitlin Morris, LCSW, Clinical Support Team Manager at AnthroMed Education

Caitlin Morris, LCSW, joined AnthroMed Education in 2023 as the organization’s first full-time Clinical Support Team Manager for School Social Workers and Counselors. In this pivotal role, Caitlin leads, mentors, and supports our growing team of mental health clinicians across multiple states. She is responsible for providing meaningful individual and group clinical support, case consultation, and tailored professional development opportunities to ensure our social workers and counselors have the tools they need to make a positive impact on students and families.

With over 11 years of experience in social work, Caitlin has worked in both urban and suburban PreK-12 school districts, where she has seen firsthand the transformative power of schools to drive positive change at both the individual and community levels. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Caitlin brings a wealth of clinical expertise to her role. She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, a master’s degree from the University of Chicago, and a professional certificate in Disability Inclusion and Accessible Design from the University of Michigan.

Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys spending time with her children and family, practicing yoga, and exploring the great outdoors.
