AnthroMed Education is led by Ian Flynn, a 10+ year veteran of the Executive Search and Staffing industry. Prior to founding AnthroMed in 2019, Ian was a record setting Executive Recruiter and Recruiting Manager for several National Executive Search and Staffing firms. Ian was also the youngest person, at 19 years of age, to successfully make placements at a Global Executive Search firm with over 175+ offices. It was that experience which ignited his passion for helping his clients and candidates achieve their professional goals. Ian prides himself on his work and enjoys cultivating new and innovative ways in which to improve outcomes for both his clients and candidates. Ian oversees all sales, client service, and recruitment activity for AnthroMed Education. Ian holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Loyola University of Chicago.
