Rachel is a trained school counselor who is transitioning her career to helping build, grow, and develop teams of School Social Workers and Counselors, as well as Speech-Language Pathologists for AnthroMed Education. Prior to joining AnthroMed, Rachel was a School Counselor in Kansas. After graduating with her Masters degree, Rachel worked in a high intensity role where over the course of five school years she managed schedules for 700+ students, developed comprehensive counseling programs, helped address student progress, resolved behavioral concerns, and helped students and their families every school year. Rachel's experience and time in schools makes her well suited to support us at AnthroMed and help many of our social workers, counselors, and speech-language pathologists because she has been "in their shoes before." In addition to her time in schools, Rachel worked for an award-winning staffing agency in Chicago, but quickly found AnthroMed Education and joined our team in early 2023. She has made an immediate impact and is extremely supportive of our team. Rachel can be found on weekends exploring the best tacos the city has to offer on "taco Tuesday," hitting her favorite workout class, and helping coordinate social events for AnthroMed throughout the year.
