At AnthroMed Education, our commitment to excellence on our therapy services team is reflected in our belief in providing you clinical support each school year. We understand that the foundation of effective therapy services relies on your continuous growth and professional development. This is why we provide you an array of opportunities for Clinical Support, including guidance, mentorship, supervision, training, Continuing Education Units (CEUs), and guest speakers — all part of the AnthroMed Education experience.

Compensation & Benefits

AnthroMed offers highly competitive compensation & benefits to our all of our full-time SLPs. This includes year-round salaries, paid-time off, and 100% coverage of monthly medical insurance premiums for each employee so you can focus where it matters most, on the successful treatment and therapies you’re providing the kids you serve while working for our practice.

• Meaningful Connections: Make meaningful connections with other like-minded SLPs, ranging from Clinical Fellows and incredibly talented and dedicated veteran Clinicians.
• Continuing Education: We will help you stay up to date on best practices, and offer in-house experiences for you to learn and grow professionally.
• Reimbursement for ASHA Dues: Since 2019, all ASHA dues have been100% reimbursed for full-time SLPs on our on speech-therapy team.
• Direct Case Consultations: Our Clinical Team provides you one-on-one consultations, tailored advice, and strategies for difficult student cases.
• IEP Assistance: Navigating IEPs, goal writing and compliance documentation can be challenging. Our clinical support experts offers you guidance on creating and implementing effective IEPs, ensuring that each student’s educational plans are comprehensive and conducive to their learning goals.
• Professional Advice and Learning Opportunities: Beyond case-specific consultations, our Clinical Support team provides you with ongoing professional advice, support and encouragement throughout the year.
• Encouragement and Support for Unexpected Challenges: The school environment often presents unexpected challenges to SLPs and Social Workers each school year. Our Clinical Team is critical in providing same-day guidance, support and solutions when unexpected challenges arise during the school day.
