- Start interviewing with our school partners to dive into the caseload, school culture, and specifics for each role.
Clinical Support:- We provide regular one-on-one support with our Clinical Support Director for all SLP's.
- Bi-weekly team meetings with all SLPs on our team
- Generous materials stipend for the school year
- You will be reimbursed for 100% of your ASHA dues and licensure fees in the state of Colorado

AnthroMed offers up to $2,000 relocation assistance for SLPs that are moving to Colorado from out of state!Qualifications:- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid CO SLP License
- Experience in a school setting preferred
- Desire to work in a team-oriented school setting and a passion for providing quality speech therapy services to students.
Compensation: Full salary paid weekly ranging from $60,000–$85,000, based on experience.Benefits:AnthroMed team members who work 30+ hours per week are eligible for full-time employee benefits offered by AnthroMed. This position will run from March 2025 through the end of the school year. The SLP that you will be covering for has prepared the caseload and will ensure all IEPs are completed before her leave, leaving a well-organized transition for the incoming SLP.This role offers the possibility of re-signing in the spring for the 2025-2026 school year, with opportunities to continue in the district and with AnthroMed for next year!School SLP Requirements:- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Valid CO license through DORA.
- Prior school-based experience preferred.
- Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply!
SLP Responsibilities:- Evaluate students’ speech-language abilities to prepare and conduct treatment plans.
- Provide high-quality, direct speech-language therapy services aligned with students’ IEPs.
- Conduct and analyze assessments to determine strengths and areas of concern in speech, voice, fluency, pragmatics, language, and oral motor skills.
- Participate in IEP conferences, team meetings, and problem-solving discussions.
- Collaborate with instructional staff to develop strength-based, student-centered treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with school, state, and federal guidelines in evaluations, intervention plans, and service delivery.
- Partner with families, school district personnel, and external agencies for transition planning and placement.
- Support teachers in identifying and addressing speech-language delays or disorders.
- Other duties as assigned.
