    AnthroMed Education is a growing practice of Speech-Language Pathologists who support students in schools by providing high-quality speech services. We are currently interviewing passionate SLPs who are interested in joining our team and supporting students in K-5th grade at an elementary school in Odessa, Delaware.

    • Interview with our school partner to dive into the caseload, school culture, and specifics for each role.

    • Dedicated SLP Clinical support including 1:1 caseload guidance, speech therapy materials database, along with a materials stipend!

    Position Details:
    • Grade Levels: K-5th
    • Duration: Mid-August - Mid-June (standard school calendar)
    • Schedule: 35 hours per week (duty-free 30-minute lunch)
    • Setting: On-site
    • Caseload: Varies based on the workload associated
      • Specialty program caseloads (severe-profound, disabilities) are around 30-35 students.
      • Students currently utilize AAC and benefit from foundational AAC implementation strategies
    • Potential need to cover students with standard developmental speech/language disorders as fluctuations in case load may occur
    • Certifications Required: Delaware SLP License

    Compensation: Full salary paid weekly ranging from $54,000–$68,000, based on experience.
