    AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to support an elementary caseload in Odessa, Delaware. This short-term opportunity is ideal for clinicians who enjoy working in school-based settings and value collaborative teams with well-managed caseloads.

    This role supports students across multiple elementary sites within a growing district known for its strong support systems and modern facilities.

    What You'll Do:
    • Provide direct physical therapy services to students with a range of physical impairments
    • Support students with severe to profound disabilities (including wheelchair users and students with significant delays)
    • Provide services to students with mild-to-moderate physical challenges impacting access to the curriculum
    • Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and related service providers
    • Participate in IEP meetings and complete required documentation
    Caseload Details:
    • Manage a caseload of approximately 30–40 elementary students
    • The caseload consists of elementary school students across several sites
    • This PT should be prepared to work with students who have severe-profound disabilities (i.e. wheelchair bound, severe delays) as well as students who have less significant physical challenges.

    Qualifications:
    • Active Delaware Physical Therapist License

    About the Opportunity:
    AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school partner in Middletown, DE.     This short-term assignment is ideal for SLPs who enjoy middle school populations and thrive in collaborative, structured settings.

    What You’ll Be Doing:
    • Deliver speech-language therapy to middle school students

    What You’ll Do:
    • Provide therapy and intervention services to students
    • Address expressive/receptive language and pragmatic skills
    • Support students with behavior management needs as related to communication
    • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families
    • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
    Caseload Details:
    • Typical caseload will be 50-60 students (10-12 students per day)
    • If working in special programs, caseload will be 30-35 students
    • Access to shared office space
    Qualifications:
    • Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology (MSLP)
    • MD Department of Health SLP License
    • Experience with elementary and middle school populations strongly preferred
    • Strong communication, collaboration, and cultural competence
