    Position Overview:
    As a Speech-Language Pathologist with AnthroMed Education, you will play a vital role in fostering students' communication and language skills.     Qualifications:

    • Provide individual and group speech therapy services to students ranging from Pre-K through 8th grade, with a focus on students with speech and language impairments.
    • Manage a caseload of approximately 35 students, including preschool students, SLP-only students, and students in general education.

    AnthroMed Education is immediately seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy to Elementary students in Gages Lake, Illinois this upcoming 2025-2026 school year. This role is to help with the overflow of caseloads within the district. The school will interview SLPs and based on their strengths, they will then match them with an appropriate caseload.
    Responsibilities:
    • SLP will provide speech and language therapy services to Elementary students full-time, Monday-Friday, from 7:25 am-3:00 pm. 
    • This is a Dual Language school with many different classrooms within the building including life learning (functional classrooms), structured learning classrooms (students on the spectrum), classrooms where students need more support, and gen ed classes.
    • There are 4 other SLPs within the building for support and collaboration.
    • SLP will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to address communication and language disorders.
    • SLP will collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication skills in both classroom and individual settings.
    • SLP will maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders.
    • SLP will have their own office space.
    • SLP will utilize Embrace for IEPs.
    • SLP will participate in team meetings, professional development activities, and ongoing training opportunities.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    • The pay range for this position is 54,000-67,000K annually, based on qualifications and experience.
