    For the 2025–2026 school year, we are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide onsite therapy and support to 1st–8th grade students in Arlington Heights, Illinois. This full-time role focuses primarily on a push-in model of service delivery while also offering flexibility to support small groups and co-facilitate sessions alongside other support staff. You will be supporting students with a wide range of needs including Autism Spectrum Disorder, physical and health impairments, communication disorders, and multiple disabilities. You’ll work alongside three occupational therapists, two physical therapists, as well as other members of a strong multidisciplinary team to support students and address their fine motor and sensory regulation needs.     Responsibilities
    • Provide full-time occupational therapy services to 1st-8th grade students, Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-3:30 PM.
    • Conduct evaluations, develop individualized educational plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions to address fine motor and sensory regulation needs.
    • Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support young students’ fine motor and sensory regulation skills across both classroom and individual settings.
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders.
    • Utilize IEP system for management and compliance.
    • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities.
