    Our Process:

    SLP Support:
    • We host bi-weekly team meetings with all SLPs on our team, giving you a chance to network and problem-solve together!
    • We provide regular one-on-one caseload support and mentorship with our Clinical Support Director for all SLPs.
    • We provide a generous materials database and additional stipend for the school year!
    • You will be reimbursed for 100% of your ASHA dues and licensure fees in the state of Michigan.

    AnthroMed Education is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year! This is a district-wide position serving students across Kindergarten through High School. With a manageable caseload of about 35 students and only four buildings to cover (two elementary, one middle, one high school), this role provides the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while maintaining balance and strong collaboration with the school community.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide occupational therapy evaluations, interventions, and progress monitoring for students K–12.
    • Support students’ fine motor, visual-motor, sensory, and self-regulation needs to enhance academic participation.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
    • Deliver therapy in both individual and small group settings.
    • Serve as the solo OT in the district while connecting with AnthroMed’s broader community of school-based clinicians.

    About the Opportunity:
    AnthroMed Education is seeking a passionate and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive elementary team in Warren, Michigan for the 2025-2026 school year. This position can either be split between two elementary schools or kept full-time at one building, depending on candidate preference and district need.
    • Full time at one school: caseload of ~53 students
    • Split role: Caseload divided between 36 students at one school & 20 at the other
    The district offers exceptional support, including a wonderful teacher consultant, a general education behavioral specialist, and collaborative school teams. The SLP will serve at least one self-contained classroom and provide services to students in resource and some general education settings.
    Responsibilities:
    • Provide speech-language therapy to elementary students
    • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans (IEPs) using schools IEP system and technology (Power school)
    • Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to promote communication and academic success
    • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain documentation of student progress
    • Other duties as assigned
    Caseload & Environment:
    • Caseload of approximately 53 students
      • Can be 53 at one school or split 36 and 20 across two schools.

    Qualifications:
    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
    • Current Michigan state license or eligibility for licensure.
