    AnthroMed Education is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in Anoka,MN, for the 2025-2026 school year. We are looking for a passionate clinician who is dedicated to helping students develop their communication skills and reach their full potential. As an SLP with AnthroMed, you will be part of a supportive team that values collaboration, professional development, and student success.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide speech-language therapy services to students with communication disorders.
    • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
    • Implement therapy sessions in individual and group settings.
    • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
    • Provide intervention for speech, language, fluency, and social communication needs.
    • Support students using AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) when necessary.

    Qualifications
    • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
    • Minnesota Speech-Language Pathology License.
    • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) - CFs encouraged to apply!
    • Experience working in a school setting is a plus.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

    Compensation & Benefits
    Salary: $58,000–$78,000, based on experience (paid weekly)

    Our Process:
    • Apply and meet the AnthroMed Team. Qualified applicants will be invited to a Zoom to meet us to learn all about our process and the support we provide!
    • Learn about you- What grade levels are you searching for, and what eligibilities do you have experience with? How far do you want to travel? This will help us match you to schools that we partner with!
    • Start interviewing with our school partners to dive into the caseload, school culture, and specifics for each role.
    Clinical Support:
    • We provide regular one-on-one support with our Clinical Support Director for all SLP's.
    • Bi-weekly team meetings with all SLPs on our team
    • Generous materials stipend for the school year
    • You will be reimbursed for 100% of your ASHA dues and licensure fees in the state of Minnesota.
