    At AnthroMed we are committed to providing SLPs with the necessary support and resources to be successful in their career. We are currently interviewing and hiring SLP's who would be interested in joining us and working with one of our partner districts in the Minneapolis area.
    Our Process:
    • Apply and meet the AnthroMed Team. Qualified applicants will be invited to a Zoom to meet us to learn all about our process and the support we provide!
    • Learn about you- What grade levels are you searching for, and what eligibilities do you have experience with? How far do you want to travel? This will help us match you to schools that we partner with!
    • Start interviewing with our school partners to dive into the caseload, school culture, and specifics for each role.
    Clinical Support:
    • We provide regular one-on-one support with our Clinical Support Director for all SLP's.
    • Bi-weekly team meetings with all SLPs on our team
    • Generous materials stipend for the school year
    • You will be reimbursed for 100% of your ASHA dues and licensure fees in the state of Minnesota.

    • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
    • Valid MN SLP License
    • Experience in a school setting preferred
    • Desire to work in a team-oriented school setting and a passion for providing quality speech therapy services to students.
    Compensation & Benefits
    Salary: $55,000–$75,000, based on experience (paid weekly)

    What You’ll Do as an SLP-CF:
    • Provide speech-language therapy to students with communication challenges.
    • Conduct assessments and assist in developing IEPs (Individualized Education Programs).

    • Deliver therapy in individual and group settings tailored to students' needs.
