Salary Range: $58,000-$72,000About the Role:AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve preschool and early intervention students through a school placement in the Allentown area. This is an itinerant SLP position offering the exciting opportunity to travel between classrooms, daycares, or homes dependent on student needs. You will have technology and assessments provided, access to an internal AAC consultant, and work with staff trained on behaviors. This position follows a stretch calendar, allowing clinicians to work a full year but the same number of days as a standard school year resulting in several breaks embedded throughout the year. - Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with educational teams

- Typically a caseload of 45-50 students
- In the morning, the designated SLP is traveling to community based sites or specialized classrooms to provide services
- In the afternoon, the clinician returns to their office to eat lunch, complete paperwork, and see "walk-ins" who are brought by their parents. The afternoon sessions resemble an outpatient therapy services model where a parent comes with their child for services, then after the session, they return home
- A multidisciplinary approach is vital, especially if seeing students in the classrooms
- Some clinicians go to 1 site per week, others may go to 10 - it all depends on the specifics of the role and the needs at the time
- Technology and assessments are provided
