- Schedule: 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM | Part-Time Hours
- Grade Level: Early Childhood (Ages 3–5)
Caseload Details:- Provide services for 3 students at one campus and 1 student at a secondary campus
- Support students’ physical mobility and functional development through IEP-driven therapeutic interventions
- Flexible scheduling availability is preferred due to the limited caseload size
- Prior school-based experience delivering educational physical therapy services is strongly preferred
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Access to shared office space and school resources
Qualifications:- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
- Active DC Department of Health Physical Therapist License
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with pediatric or school-based populations preferred

This position is ideal for someone interested in supporting early learners and a diverse population. This is an exciting opportunity to join a large, multicultural and supportive school district.What You'll Do:- Provide speech-language therapy services
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with families, special education teams, and support staff
- Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with IDEA and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, assessments, and team planning
Caseload Details:- Caseload is approximately 11 students
- You will be working with ages 3-5
- Students have a range of communication disorders and varying severity of delays
- Articulation, language, developmental delays, Autism
- Some students are non verbal
- The team utilizes MTSS at all campuses, so familiarity with MTSS or RTI is a plus
- Access to a shared office space
Qualifications:- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid DC DOH Speech Language Pathology License
- School-based experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
