Know a Great SLP, OT, or School Social Worker?
We’re always looking for talented, mission-driven clinicians to join our team in K–12 schools across the country. If someone you know would thrive at AnthroMed, we’d love to hear about them.
We’re looking for:
- Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) — licensed, CF-eligible, or CFYs completing fellowship
- Occupational Therapists (OTs) — school-based experience a plus but not required
- School Social Workers — experienced with K–12 student support, IEPs, and counseling
- Any state we operate in — IL, MI, CO, MA, PA, DE, DC, WA, MD, MN, WA, OR, and CA
Who can submit a referral? Anyone! Current and former AnthroMed clinicians, school partners, colleagues, professors, and anyone who knows a great clinician. Your referral is completely voluntary and confidential.

Anyone! Current and former AnthroMed employees, school and district partners, fellow clinicians, professors, clinical supervisors, and friends. If you know a great SLP, OT, or School Social Worker, we want to hear about them.
We’re actively recruiting Speech-Language Pathologists (including CFYs), Occupational Therapists, and School Social Workers for K–12 school placements in Illinois, Michigan, Colorado, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Washington D.C., Washington State, Maryland, and Minnesota.
We strongly recommend giving them a heads-up! It makes for a much warmer introduction and helps your referral feel comfortable when we reach out. Just make sure you’re comfortable sharing their contact information.
Our talent team aims to reach out within 2–3 business days of receiving a referral. We treat every referred candidate with the same personalized attention that makes AnthroMed special.
