Harper brings a strong foundation in education and firsthand classroom experience to her role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at AnthroMed Education. She partners with clinicians and school partners throughout the recruiting and hiring process to create positive candidate experiences and mission-aligned placements that support both professionals and the students they serve.
She began her career through Teach For America, teaching special education in Los Angeles, where she first developed a passion for educational equity and student-centered support, and later continued to grow that passion after moving to and teaching special education in Chicago. Having been in the classroom herself, Harper brings a deep understanding of the realities clinicians face and is driven to build thoughtful, supportive, and relationship-driven recruiting experiences. She has taught special education across multiple grade levels and remained actively involved in her school communities by leading student clubs and serving as a yearly spelling bee judge.
Outside of work, she enjoys theatre, traveling, Pilates, and exploring new restaurants in Chicago and her home state of California.
“Drawing from my own classroom experience, I value AnthroMed’s people-first approach and thoughtful creativity, which go above and beyond to ensure school clinicians feel supported and empowered to do their best work for students.”
