As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at AnthroMed Education, Lexie is passionate about learning what drives the educators and clinicians she works with—what inspires them, where they thrive, and how to best support their career goals. With a strong passion for education and a deep appreciation for the work of school-based clinicians, she brings empathy, curiosity, and dedication to helping Speech-Language Pathologists, School Social Workers, and Occupational Therapists find meaningful roles where they can make a lasting impact.
A loyal Butler Bulldog—Go Dawgs!—Lexie brings her values of integrity, community, and perseverance into every part of her work. She understands how challenging and important this field can be, which is why she’s deeply committed to ensuring each provider feels heard, supported, and empowered every step of the way.
Outside of work, Lexie loves trying out new restaurants with friends, traveling, going to concerts, and spending time by Lake Michigan. Whether she’s exploring a new city or relaxing by the water, she finds joy and inspiration in connecting with people and experiencing new things.
“I love working for AnthroMed Education because it allows me to help incredible providers feel supported, valued, and empowered in their careers. This work can be really challenging, and I’m passionate about showing people that the right support is possible. Knowing that I get to play a small part in helping them thrive—and in turn make a difference in their students’ lives—is what makes this work so meaningful to me.”
