Prior to joining AnthroMed and getting into the Human Resources field, Meredith spent time as an adventure trip guide, 9th & 10th grade special education teacher, and overnight camp director. She has been in the HR space for about a decade, most recently at Skills for Chicagoland’s Future, a non-profit that works to create economic opportunities for Chicago’s under and unemployed.
Upon joining AnthroMed in 2023 Meredith began supporting our entire organization and creating best practices, implementing new policies and procedures, and continuing to help AnthroMed create a supportive and enriching culture in which our team members can thrive. AnthroMed combines Meredith’s passion for education and employee experience in a unique way.
Meredith lives in Chicago, loves going to Cubs games, visiting the dog beach with her dog Olive, and has recently decided to learn to play tennis.
“I enjoy working at AnthroMed because I have the opportunity to work with everyone. My goal is to create an environment where everyone feels welcomed, supported, and is given an opportunity to truly thrive in their role.”
