Nicole Quintavalle

Manager, School Relationships & Talent Acquisition

As a School Relationship Manager at AnthroMed Education, Nicole is dedicated to fostering strong partnerships between schools and our team of clinicians. With years of experience as a special education teacher in Illinois, particularly in center-based programs, Nicole has a deep understanding of the challenges providers face in supporting students with diverse needs. In this role, Nicole collaborates closely with Special Education Directors and leaders across Michigan and Colorado to ensure that the unique needs of each school community are met.

What Nicole loves most about working at AnthroMed is being part of a team that is genuinely committed to providing exceptional, student-centered services. She values the supportive environment the organization creates—not only for clinicians but also for the students and schools we serve—ensuring that everyone involved has the resources they need to succeed.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband and their two fur babies, Draco and Piper, who always keep life interesting. Cooking for friends and family is one of her favorite ways to unwind, and she considers it her love language. Nicole also enjoys reading books recommended by her colleagues—perhaps an AnthroMed Book Club is in the works!
