Rachel Musial, M.A., CCC-SLP, is a Speech-Language Pathologist who earned her Bachelor’s degree in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Northern Illinois University. Her professional experience spans early childhood through middle school, pediatric home health, and teletherapy, providing her with a broad perspective on supporting students across diverse settings.
Rachel is passionate about taking a holistic approach, integrating executive functioning and mindfulness strategies into her sessions to enhance student engagement and outcomes. In her new role, she is excited to support SLPs in setting professional boundaries, uplifting students, and fostering fun while promoting meaningful growth both personally and professionally. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys binging reruns of Friends, exploring with her black lab Franklin, and traveling to as many places as she can!
