You’ll join a collaborative and supportive team trained in behavioral strategies and committed to early childhood development. This is an excellent opportunity for an adaptable clinician who enjoys variety, play-based therapy, and working within multidisciplinary teams.
Provide speech-language therapy to preschool students ages 3–5
Address language delays, developmental delays, articulation and phonological disorders, fluency disorders, and Autism

In this role, you will be floating to their various schools to assist the SLP team with caseload overages.

This role is ideal for an adaptable clinician comfortable providing services in both traditional and specialized classroom settings.
Provide speech-language therapy to students with a variety of communication needs
Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with educational teams
Address articulation and fluency disorders, language delays, cognitive delays, Autism, and other complex communication needs
Complete required documentation, progress monitoring, and data collection
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP conferences
Caseload Details:
Support students in Autistic Support Classrooms, Life Skills Classrooms, Learning Support Classrooms, and more
Work with students who may require 1:1 services due to severe communication or behavioral needs
Experience with feeding therapy is a plus
Shared office space with several other SLPs in the building
Access to a behavior intervention team for ongoing support
Flexible scheduling, with at least two days per week preferred

PA Educational Specialist Certificate
Active Pennsylvania SLP License
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
School-based experience preferred, but not required

Blended caseload including students with mild-to-moderate speech and language needs and some students with more complex profiles (including Autism and AAC users)
Each campus has an Assistant Principal of Specialized Services and a case manager
EasyIEP platform currently in use
School provides a laptop, badge, and access to EasyIEP and PowerSchool
Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist License
Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) Education Specialist Certificate
