As trained mental health professionals, they address mental health and behavioral concerns while fostering academic, social, and classroom success through collaboration with teachers, parents, and administrators. By providing both direct and indirect services, School Social Workers play a vital role in advancing the mission of schools. They serve as essential connectors between home, school and community and promote students’ academic and social success.

    Clinical Support

    AnthroMed offers leading clinical support and case consultation whenever you need it. You’ll have the option to choose to have scheduled, weekly phone or video support meetings with our Clinical Support Manager while some clinicians call us when they need us. We are always checking in. We’ll be there to mentor, guide, and assist you whenever you need it. We also provide additional supports specific for new graduates who are just starting out in their career. Our Clinical Support team advocates and supports our Social Workers with outstanding clinical guidance, case consultation, resource sharing, and professional learning opportunities.

    Innovative Ideas

    We love finding new and innovative ways to support our social work and mental health team. We are continuously adding resources and materials to our internal team materials database and trainings to our portal that you’ll gain exclusive access to when you join our Social Work team. Everything we do is focused on improving access to School Social Work, Behavioral, and Social Emotional Learning services for the diverse needs of the communities we serve together.
