We’re always looking for talented, mission-driven clinicians to join our team in K–12 schools across the country. If someone you know would thrive at AnthroMed, we’d love to hear about them.
We’re looking for:
- Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) — licensed, CF-eligible, or CFs ompleting fellowship
- Occupational Therapists (OTs) — school-based experience a plus but not required
- School Social Workers — experienced with K–12 student support, IEPs, and counseling
- Any state we operate in — IL, MI, CO, MA, PA, DE, DC, WA, MD, MN, WA, OR, and CA
Who can submit a referral? Anyone! Current and former AnthroMed clinicians, school partners, colleagues, professors, and anyone who knows a great clinician. Your referral is completely voluntary and confidential.

Once hired, your referral becomes part of the AnthroMed team making a real difference in K-12 schools. After they complete 90 days of work, you receive a $2,000 referral bonus!
