Lucas serves as Vice President of Finance at AnthroMed Education, where he leads financial strategy and oversees all core financial operations, including FP&A, accounting, treasury, compliance, and performance analytics. Partnering closely with the Founder & CEO, executive leadership, and Board of Directors, he is responsible for building scalable financial systems, strengthening operational discipline, and translating financial insight into strategic action. His focus is on enabling sustainable growth, improving clinical quality, and ensuring AnthroMed continues to create meaningful value for school districts and the students they serve.

Lucas began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he worked in both audit and financial due diligence, building a strong foundation in financial reporting, controls, and transaction analysis. Since then, he has led FP&A and finance strategy functions within high-growth, venture- and private equity-backed organizations, helping companies evolve from early traction to scaled, operationally mature platforms. His work has centered on building financial infrastructure, driving forecasting rigor, supporting capital strategy and IPO readiness, and partnering across sales, marketing, and operations to unlock data-driven decision-making.

Lucas brings direct education-sector experience from his time at Right At School, a national provider of school-based programs, where he partnered with leadership and investors during a period of rapid expansion. He also supported the scaling of Abridge, one of the fastest-growing AI companies in healthcare, strengthening his experience building finance functions in high-velocity environments.

Education is personal to Lucas. His wife is a long-time elementary school teacher, and hearing firsthand about both the challenges and the joy of the classroom has deepened his commitment to strengthening organizations that support students. He believes disciplined finance enables educators and clinicians to focus on what matters most—student outcomes.

Outside of work, Lucas enjoys exploring Chicago with his wife and sons, refining his cooking skills, running, discovering new restaurants, and occasionally finding time for the golf course.
